Lovely stay right across the river from downtown Cincinnati. Very welcoming lobby and staff. Nice large clean rooms, and parking lot. Just a short drive from food and nightlife. Great place to stay if you were in town to catch a game.
Family from out of town likes staying here because it's right off the highway and has a good view of the river. Good biscuits and gravy. I've visited guests here for over a decade (but never stayed myself,) and the staff have been pleasant each time. Would be nicer if there was a pool, and one family member tried to go into the fitness area to look at options but it was locked.
The hotel is very nice. Priced right. The staff is absolutely awesome. Everyone is so nice and helpful. They care about the customers!
Check in was very smooth and they have complimentary lemon water in the lobby. I know that's small, but it's still appreciated. The rooms we clean and spacious. A couple of complaints however were when housekeeping came to see if the could clean our room she tried to undo the safety chain on the door by sticking her hand in. Now this chain can only be locked from the inside, which should be a clear indication that we are still in the room, then when we got back to the room later that evening our key cards no longer worked. The parking spaces are a bit tight, but the veiw of the Ohio River and the Cincinnati skyline were amazing.
Not that’s anybody reads these reviews anyway but this place is awful. I rented the “presidential suite” for my now wife and her brides maids to get ready in before the wedding. The room was absolutely disgusting. The brides maids had to buy flip flops to wear in the room because the bottom of their would get black from the floor being so dirty and sticky. The drapes and ceiling had dust and suit all over them. There was a bunch else wrong but too much to list. Apparently customer service couldn’t do anything about it, so I wrote a complaint to the website. I was told they are all independently owned and they are unable to do anything about it. Just stay away if possible.
