The staff is great MINUS the manager Bob. I was in the store for 5 minutes max trying to pick up some WD-40 at 8:30am in the morning. Within those 5 minutes, he asked me 3 times if I needed help. (Which, great. But if I need help I'll ask you). THEN, the old man came BACK and said I needed to leave my purse at the front of the store. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! leave it at the front of the store with 3 other sketch ball men?! like honest to God, I was over it. Ridiculous. Old man Bob needs to get a life. When do you ask WOMEN to leave their purse at a hardware store.
The staff at this store are always helpful. They have advised me through several projects and make it easy to be confident in my work. Their selection is good for a store their size and the location is more convenient than any of the big box stores.
Seriously...this place is the best. Very friendly employees. I was only grabbing two nuts and the associate just took care of it for me. They are always friendly and happy to lend a hand
Ace gets three stars for the staff. They are helpful and patient with me. The selection is limited so I would call ahead.
This store is a bit out of my way but they always seem to have what I am looking for that some of the big stores don't carry. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
